Consultation Fees
The consultation fee covers provider review of intake forms, the scheduled telehealth consultation, personalized next-step recommendations, lab planning when clinically appropriate, and one included follow-up visit to review results if labs are recommended by the provider. Consultation fees become non-refundable once provider review, clinical communication, or the scheduled consultation process has started.
Medications & Prescriptions
Prescription medications, supplements, and pharmacy-related products are non-refundable once processed, dispensed, shipped, or fulfilled by the pharmacy.
Laboratory Testing
Labs are billed separately when recommended. Lab fees are non-refundable once the lab order, kit, requisition, or collection process has been issued, processed, shipped, collected, or completed. Lab pricing and collection options may vary depending on the panel and collection method selected.
Appointments & Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without a late cancellation fee. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $75 late cancellation or no-show fee.
