Onboarding & Evaluation Fees
The initial $179 evaluation fee covers professional administrative onboarding, chart setup, and clinical intake review. Once payment is submitted and onboarding materials are issued, this fee becomes 100% non-refundable for services rendered.
Medications & Prescriptions
Due to the nature of prescription medications, refunds cannot be issued for therapeutics that have been dispensed or shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect shipment, please contact us immediately so we can coordinate a resolution.
Laboratory Testing
Lab fees are invoiced and processed separately based on your clinical evaluation. Once your separate lab payment clears and your custom laboratory requisition form is officially issued to our lab network, all diagnostic fees are 100% non-refundable.
Appointments & Late Cancellations
Your final video consultation is included in your initial onboarding fee. However, once your lab results arrive and you book a specific appointment slot, cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed visits will incur a $75 No-Show Fee.
