Consultation fees are non-refundable once a telehealth visit has been completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full consultation fee.
Due to the nature of prescription medications, refunds cannot be issued for medications that have been compounded, dispensed, or shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can work with the pharmacy to resolve the issue.
Lab fees are non-refundable once testing has been ordered or completed. If lab work has been ordered but not yet performed, please contact us to discuss your options.
If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future visit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
